Step 2. Applying online - During the application stage you will be asked a series of application questions; we hope these are not too predictable! The questions are:
Why Xerox, please tell us why you have chosen to apply for a position with us.
What excites you about this role? Please detail what elements of the role most interest you
What skills, competencies and technical abilities have you acquired to enable your success in this role?
Tell us something you have done that you are proud of
Some managers have added one additional question because they really what to know some specific information relating to their vacancy.
To make the process easier we recommend you prepare your answers in word, do a spell check and then copy and paste them into the boxes during the online application.
Remember there is 150 word limit on your answers and you also need to attach your CV when asked to do so.
Step 3. Verbal and numeric tests - We use SHL Verbal and Numeric ability testing as part of our recruitment process – please don’t be put off by this, the best way to approach this is to take a practice test at www.shldirect.com
Step 4. Assessment – We are running assessment days from December 2009 through to March 2010. If you are invited be positive, we try to make the day as relaxed and interesting as possible!
